Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

BizSkills respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. BizSkills has no responsibility for content on other websites that you may find or access when using BizSkills’ products or services.
Both parties agree that all Intellectual Property in the BizSkills platform is the intellectual property of BizSkills. This also applies to partner institution’s intellectual property and other business information provided by either party. Signing up for BizSkills does not constitute a transfer or waving off rights of intellectual property from either party on the platform. Any intellectual property transfer or any attempt to wave any rights will always call for an exclusive and independent agreement. BizSkills intellectual property will never be used by any other party for reasons of making money using that intellectual property. If anyone intends to do that, they reach out to BizSkills to agree on conditions and how that might be done, and only after there an agreement to how it will be done, that other party will have the right to use BizSkills’ content.
Copyright and the intellectual property laws of other countries may protect material available on or through other websites. The terms of service of those websites, and not the BizSkills Terms of Service, govern your use of that material.
It is BizSkills’ policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of BizSkills and/or others.
Violations of IP and copyright
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please inform BizSkills at firstname.lastname@example.org
Note: If you are asserting infringement of an intellectual property right other than copyright, please specify the intellectual property right/ type at issue. We will get back to you with the information regarding next steps.
In some circumstances, in order to notify the subscriber, account holder or host who provided the allegedly infringing content to which BizSkills has disabled access.
